Hippie scene - London


Iniziati verso la fine degli anni sessanta (proprio sull’onda della cultura hippy/flower power), i viaggi “zaino in spalla” fuori provincia dei meranesi si sono incrementati negli anni settanta. Tra le mete più scelte l’Inghilterra (Londra su tutte), ma anche i Paesi Nordici. Ci furono puntate anche sulla Spagna e il Portogallo. Aspettiamo però testimonianze anche di altri Paesi.

Ende der 60er Jahre, inspiriert von der “Hippy“-Bewegung, begannen auch Meraner, mit dem Rucksack zu reisen: nach England – dort vor allem nach London - nach Nordeuropa. Abstecher in den europäischen Süden, wie Spanien und Portugal sind dokumentiert. Aus anderen Ländern erhoffen wir, durch eure Beiträge, die Rubrik zu erweitern.



Travel
The end of the 60’s was inspired by the hippy movement: Also the meranese were afflicted by it, consequently, some started backpacking through Europe. They went to England, often to London, to Northern Europe, made trips to the South: to Spain and Portugal. We hope to enlarge this section with the documentation of your travels.
